Medway Online is a product name given to this website designed and owned by A Weller Design Where Medway Online appears below you will be accepting the terms and conditions outlined by A Weller Design. All correspondence, letters, email and invoices will be from A Weller Design.
Medway Online hold the right to refuse any application to be included in our business directory we may do this for following reasons ...
Under no circumstances will we advertise adult content or anything related to violence this includes sexual personal service’s, pornographic material or weapons of any description. If we feel the service you provide maybe upsetting to some of our readers or if the service you provide is in direct competition to anything Medway Online offer.
Public Complaints: If we receive more than 3 complaints in any one year about the service that any advertiser (business) provides their listing will be taken off immediately without refund.
Payments: We accept cash, cheque, BAC’s or PayPal payments cheque's should be made payable to A Weller Design. We do not publish any listings in our business directory until we have received full payment. If we do not receive full payment within 31 days you will need to register again at the current rate of registration.
Refunds: Business listings can be cancelled before publication with no charge. We cannot refund any listing published and then cancelled. Because of the nature of the internet we would not be able to give any refunds if Medway Online were to go offline for any long or indefinite periods out of our control.
